The apartment has exceptionally nice near the local pub, the Elm Tree, which was excellent, a real working farm and Basingstoke, Reading, Newbury and Andover. Not to mention that it is located to the nearest restaurant.

The apartment was beautiful and fantastic really close to Basingstoke, Reading, Newbury and Andover, shops and eateries and the local pub, the Elm Tree, that's what we were expecting. Location was gorgeous and lovely, on a working farm.

The shared kitchenette is a convenient addition, equipped with a microwave, hob, and fridge. Guests can also indulge in a delicious breakfast, with a choice of cereals, yogurt, fruit salad.

The hotel is located in a small village with shops and eateries nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of £42.

I had a truly unique and bohemian experience at Little Park Farm. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the owner and shown to my comfortable and well-appointed room. Despite the unconventional set-up of accessing the guest room through their living space, it made me feel like part of the household rather than just a guest. The tranquil view from my room was a lovely touch. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, cereals, and eggs and bacon cooked by the friendly and welcoming family. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the area.
